Kingfisher Pool is around 1.5 acres in size with an average depth of 3ft. It was dug in 1976 and has received many carp stockings over the years to supplement the original carp stock, which were introduced as fingerlings in the 1980s. They include some of the famous "Croxley Commons" as well as Carp from the Dinton Pastures strain in 2008. The majority of these stunning fish are now between twenty and thirty-seven pounds. Multiple catches are common on this intimate little water with a maximum of two anglers allowed at any one time.
